The New Point Magazine does deal with information in a different way to Multicultural NSW’s other websites and activities so please take the time to read this policy carefully.

- to enable you to access and use our website and social media platforms;
- to contact and communicate with you (including to send you material if you subscribe to an account with our website or to process your feedback);
- for promotion and marketing (for example: media releases, internal government news circulars and social media);

- the use of your submitted content and personal information by Multicultural NSW for marketing or promotional activities;
- the use of your submitted content and personal information by Multicultural NSW on NSW Government intranet and internet sites, presentations, print materials, video and social media pages operated by NSW Government;
- the potential storage of your personal information outside New South Wales by our third party providers (see the heading Third Party Providers and Content below for more);
- Multicultural NSW retaining your submitted content and personal information for display and re-use at any time and frequency, without obtaining further consent;
